The Oatley OOSHCare community is made up of a diverse committee, educators from various backgrounds and with different levels of experience and training, and children and families from many different cultures.
As a member of our team you will be contributing to a dynamic program that serves the needs of our community directly - because the community owns and manages our organisation.
Whether you are an experienced OOSH or early childhood educator looking for something new, a university student looking for a workplace where the hours suit your study needs, or someone looking for experience working with children to support your learning, our approach towards you is to provide you with training and experiences that will support you to achieve your goals.

We believe that OOSH is a place where play can be a priority - and not just for the kids!
Each term one of our dedicated supervisors organises a social event - it could be a dinner, a walk in the park, a game of bowling, or anything that gets us out of the service and gives us an opportunity to let our hair down!
Got an idea for something our social events? Let us know!
We can’t provide our best for our community when we’re not at our best. What we do so well for children, we also apply to our team - our organisation is a registered partner with BeYou for educator health and wellbeing.
Our goals, at your pace!
We have a strong focus on sustainability and sustainable practices - our new green team forms the framework for embodying sustainability in our community!
You could be our next sustainability champion!
